After using this software for a few years and enduring a love/hate relationship with it, I finally kicked it to the curb after trying to update to SystemSuite 14 on my Windows XP PC and experienced a Major Fail with no less than 20 hours (over several weekends) dealing with it on my PC before abandoning ship. It caused my PC to lock up and the only way to correct the issue was to crash the computer and reboot. There are numerous other issues with it.
Though the purchase price and renewal price are extremely enticing, don't bite, especially if you are using XP.
