Bliss Blankets - The Boyfriend Blanket Crochet Pattern, New Sample

New sample completed using The Boyfriend Blanket pattern.

In the Boyfriend Blanket pattern 2 striping patterns are included.
This sample is the more traditional striping pattern as detailed in Version 3,
It uses 2 tones of red and dark grey. This finished blanket is 42.5" x 62".

The beginning chain is the same length as Version 2.
The blanket starts and ends with dark grey, working 5 dark grey sections.
Border: Rnds 1-3 in Dark Grey, Rnd 4 in Scarlet, Rnds 5 & 6 in Claret.

This one is NOT in the the printed pattern, so I am giving you the details here. :=)

This poncho is styled similar to a vest.

The front and back are composed of the same pieces

but can have totally different looks.

This makes the garment reversible.

For warmer weather, a lighter method to create the clusters is included.

The bottom can be ribbed or fringed.

These ponchos work up quickly.
