Seafood and Crab Sandwich – Subway copycat recipe

Wheat oversized hotdog buns or Sub bun
Imitation crab mix, 2 leg planks per sandwich, or 1+ chopped hard cooked egg
Mayonnaise
Miracle Whip
Provolone cheese slices
Banana pepper slices, mild and sweet
Shredded lettuce
Onion, thinly sliced
Sliced ripe olives
Olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
Ground black pepper
Sprinkle of salt
Open up the bun and lay on cheese slices.
Make crab mix by flaking the meat with a fork and/or chopping it. Then mix with Mayo and Miracle Whip (about a 50/50 mix ) until desired consistency and flavor. It should be fairly creamy.
Add the crab mix on top of the cheese.
Top with lettuce, onion, banana peppers, black olives, a squirt of olive oil and a squirt of cider vinegar, finish with a sprinkle of black pepper and salt and close the bun.

Product Review - Amazing Back

Purchased this products from Four Corners and have been trying it out. I feel it is very good for releasing tight back muscles, assists in aligning the spine and helping to stretch out the vertebra to counteract the effects of gravity and poor posture.

I recommend using this 1 or 2 times per day for 1 - 5 minutes each time for adults. I had slight discomfort at first which I feel is a sign of how bad I needed to use it. Now it is easier to use and my sister tried it out without any discomfort at all. ~ Patty K
