Granny Square Crossbody Bag 3 Crochet Pattern

This versatile bag can be used as either a crossbody bag,
a fanny pack, or an attractive crocheted clutch purse.
The bag incorporates 3 types of the ever-popular Granny Stitch;
the Regular Granny Stitch,
the Modified Mosaic Granny Stitch and
the Modified Granny Spike Stitch.

Works up fast and uses join as you go construction.

This bag features
a decorative closure flap,
a sturdy removeable strap and
measures 5" - 5.5" x 15".

  This pattern uses Caron
One Pound yarn, weight 4. 
Total amount of yarn
needed is about 4 ounces.

The pieces are made using a modified stitch pattern,
which yields smaller holes between the stitches.
So lining the bag may not be necessary.
Lining options are covered in the pattern.


The closure flap can be moved to the back side.
Large snaps will keep the top closed.
